Who this notice covers
SumSprout is the brand responsible for this website. For questions or requests about your personal information, contact support@sumsprout.com. This website is intended for adults choosing learning resources, not for children to create accounts or submit information.
Information you choose to share
If you email us, we use your email address, message and any order details you provide to respond and resolve your enquiry. Please do not send a child’s name, date of birth, school records or other unnecessary information. Where sample delivery is enabled, we use your email address to fulfil that request; optional marketing permission is separate.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information for our legitimate interest in providing support, and order-related information where needed to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation. We rely on consent for optional marketing and optional analytics. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Services involved
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect it. Payhip handles checkout and digital delivery, and Stripe processes payments through Payhip. We do not receive or store your full card details on this website. These services have their own privacy notices. An email provider has not yet been activated for this site.
Analytics and international processing
If Google Analytics is configured, we load it only after you accept optional analytics. It helps us understand page views and clicks; we do not send submitted email addresses or child information to it. Our service providers may process data outside the UK. Before activating new providers we will review their data processing terms and appropriate safeguards, and update this notice.
Keeping information and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including resolving support requests and any required legal record keeping. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restrictions, objection and portability where applicable by emailing support@sumsprout.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. This starter notice is subject to business and provider review before launch.
