Email support@sumsprout.com with your Payhip order reference, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Do not send card details. We will investigate missing files, duplicate orders and technical problems and work with you on an appropriate remedy.
Cancellation before a download starts
UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for a distance purchase of digital content. Where you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once supply begins, that cancellation right may end when the digital content starts being supplied. A download alone is not a substitute for those required consents.
How this applies at Payhip checkout
Checkout and delivery happen through Payhip. Any request for immediate access and acknowledgement about cancellation should be shown there before payment. If you are unsure what you agreed to, or wish to cancel before supply begins, contact us promptly with your order details.
Faulty or misdescribed content
Your statutory rights still apply if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails applicable consumer standards. Depending on the circumstances, remedies can include repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” rule that removes those rights.
Choosing the right pack
Check the product contents, year group, household licence and PDF format before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a pack is suitable, email us first. Our sample page explains what is included in the free sample and whether delivery is currently available.
